CREATIVE TRANSFORMER PRODUCTS

Our experienced Quality Assurance Engineers carry out stage inspection during the manufacturing process. All instruments used for testing are of Precision Grade and are periodically calibrated.

We are also equipped to conduct few Type tests at our works. Kindly inform us at order stage itself, in case you wish to witness routine/type tests. Test results are stored for 5 years for analysis.

Input Materials are checked for confromation to our specifications. Wherever required, our QC Engineers visit Supplier’s factories to witness their routine test.

Our Transformers have been Type Tested in Central Power Research Institute, Bangalore (CRPI) and ERDA Vadodara.

We have in-house facilities for performing all the routine tests and some of the Type Tests as per Indian and International Standards.

Routine & Type Tests:

Transformers and Reactors are tested for following Routine Tests wherever applicable. Type Tests are carried out in Standard Laboratories on representative ratings and Certificates are available:
